- What a plan changes
- The number of AWS accounts one Kostrix account may link: Lite 1, Lite+ 2, Pro 5, Enterprise 20. Nothing else. The checks, the regions, the report and the history are the same on every plan.
- The free period
- Every paid plan starts with 30 days free and no card: you choose the plan when you create your account, and the full product is yours from the first sign-in. Subscribe from the Billing page whenever you are ready, during the free days or after, with a payment method. When you subscribe, a one-off $1 charge registers the recurring mandate on your payment method; it is not refunded and it is the only charge before the first plan fee. Subscribe during the free days and the remaining days are kept, with the first plan charge on the day after they end; subscribe after them and the first charge is that day. Then the same day each month. There is no refund once a month has been charged: cancel from the Billing page at any time before the first charge and nothing beyond the mandate charge is ever collected; cancel later and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for. Never subscribe and nothing is charged at all: your findings stay readable and exportable for seven days after the free days end, then the account waits for a subscription, with your data kept. One free trial per organisation and per AWS account.
- Paying through Razorpay
- When you subscribe, Razorpay's secure checkout takes the payment method and holds the mandate; Kostrix never sees the number, and nothing is asked for before that step. A receipt is e-mailed for every charge and the Billing page keeps the trail: every subscription, every charge, every outcome.
- Paying through AWS Marketplace
- Coming: the same plans as a monthly contract on AWS Marketplace, billed to your AWS account with the rest of your AWS usage. The listing is being published; this page will link to it the day it is live.
- Billing unit and currency
- One flat price per plan per month, in the currency of the country you are billed in: customers in India pay in rupees (INR), by card or UPI AutoPay, at a price that includes all applicable taxes, itemized on the invoice; customers elsewhere pay in US dollars by card with no tax added. Every charge gets a numbered invoice, e-mailed as a PDF and kept on the Billing page.
- Changing plan
- Switch from the Plan page at any time. An upgrade applies immediately: you pay only the difference for the days left of the current cycle, shown before you confirm, and the subscription renews at the new price. A downgrade applies at the end of the cycle, and nothing is charged for it.
- Enterprise+
- More than twenty accounts, an organization-wide roll-out, a consultancy's client estates, or terms of your own. Priced per customer; talk to us.
- Pro AI
- Upcoming. Findings put in front of a model that can answer questions about them and draft the change, for review by a person before anything is run. Not open for sign-up, no date, no price.
